Availability

On my site you will also find photos and descriptions of apartments. And you can choose accommodation according to your tastes and requirements. I am happy to give you a comfortable and safe housing.
Payment and deposits
To book an apartment, you need to make an advance payment equal to the amount of payment for two days staying. Then you pay for every day, being in my apartment. I accept payment by Western Union, credit card payments and transfer to the account of my agency. The rest of money You can pay in cash the day of check-in to our manager The deposit is necessary condition of rent apartments. Deposit is of $ 100. Security deposit is a guarantee of safety equipment in a rented apartment. Of course, if at the end of the rent term all appliance in apartment will be in order, the deposit is returned to the client.
Cancellations
If you have booked an apartment, but for some reason could not come in time, you must as soon as possiblto inform me about it. If I do not recieve the notice from you, the amount of deposit will not be returned. You have to make a new order for rented accommodation on arrival in Odessa. If you are in due time, notify us about this delay, we will do everything possible and provide you with accommodation according to your wishes and demands.
Check-in and departure
According our rules, check-in time is 2.00 p.m (14.00). The time of departure from the apartment is 12.00 (noon). Reserving our Odessa apartment, you should be aware of our policies. And also to compare the time of registration and time of your departure. If check-out time does not correspond to the time of you depature, I advise you to book an apartment for an extra night. If you are planing to arrive later than 6 p.m., you are should inform me immediately. For meetings and organization of your stay in our apartments, you must fulfill all the above conditions. During 24 hours, please let me know if you change your schedule.
Force Majeure
In the case of unforeseen situations (eg, turning off electricity, water, heating), I will find you the apartments, similar you have ordered in advance. The price of accommodation in this case does not change.
